Bespoke Manufactured Boxes
We manufacture custom boxes to your exact size, style and print requirements. Common styles include: Regular Slotted Container (RSC) — the most common shipping box, with flaps that meet in the centre; Full Overlap (FOL) — similar to an RSC but with outer flaps that overlap completely for extra cushioning and stack strength; Die-Cut Boxes — custom shapes made with a cutting tool, often with self-locking tabs, ideal for e-commerce mailers; Telescopic Boxes — two separate pieces, a base and a lid that slips over the top, commonly used for shoes and gift items; Archive Boxes — sturdy boxes with separate lids for storing files and paperwork.
