Yes – we ask all customers to create an account, to help track their order history and store their address details. Registering also makes placing future orders a far simpler process.

We do accept returns; we only ask that you inform us with 10 working days. You only have to send the products back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will arrange a credit, exchange or refund

All account customers can take advantage of 30 day credit once references confirmed, we do ask for initial orders to be paid up front.
