We offer FREE next day delivery on all in stock items for orders over £30.
(for delivery addresses in the West Midlands)

Delivery on orders under £100 to addresses within the West Midlands will normally be next day but can’t be guaranteed, please ask for ETA when ordering.

We offer a 24hr Parcelforce delivery service on orders outside the West Midlands that match the below criteria.

Weight – up to

Size – up to 1.5m in length and 3m length and girth combined

Delivery FAQs

My order is for various goods that total over the 30kg Parcelforce 24 limit, what are my options?

We can either get a quote from a 3rd party courier company or if possible we can package your order in 2 (or however many it takes) parcels and assuming each parcel weighs below 30kg send them out on Parcelforce 24.

What is the cut off time for orders?

For local deliveries the cut off time will be before close of business (5pm Mon – Thurs and 4:30pm Fri). For Parcelforce 24 and courier deliveries it will be 1pm.

What if my order requires a 3rd party courier company?

The 3rd party courier company we use offer a next day and an economy (normally within 3 working days) service, price is dependent on floor space and delivery destination.

Can I collect my order?

We happy for you to collect your order, we do ask that you contact us beforehand though so we can have your order ready.

How much do I need to order?

There is no minimum order quantity as such but larger orders can take advantage of our excellent delivery service and there is more scope to get discounted prices.

Is it possible to order without an account?

Yes of course, this is normally done for any potential customers that collect from us.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept cash, cheque, BACs and PayPal

Can I get better prices for larger quantities?

Packaging is a quantity sensitive product. Obliviously price is negotiable when ordering large quantities, please contact us for further details

Can I buy custom made packaging?

For custom sized and bespoke packaging (including printed packaging), please do not hesitate to get in touch.
